Almuerzo: Vietnamese/Chamorro/Korean/Chinese sandwich

Best sandwich ever! Mi tía y yo usamos el pollo cocinado en el estilo “Chamorro BBQ” para este sandwich. We shredded the bbq’d chicken, added some cucumbers, Korean pickled turnips, Chinese parsley and squeezed some chili garlic sauce and hoisin.
